Timor L'este-An Intimate Portrait
Description: July 2004, Oecussi, Timor L?este.

The only form of transport for indigenous East Timorese people to travel between Dili and Oecussi is a sixteen hour barge trip. Arriving in the dark, the people of Oecussi form a shadowy wall as the boat docks. There is no electricity so the boat uses flood lights to illuminate the landing.
