Depending on the day and time, Grace has other cooperative members come and help her with the chickens for a few hours. They either feed the chickens, clean the coops, or collect eggs. They serve on a rotating basis, but she is there every day. Grace was chosen for this position because of her honest personality and her ability to write. ?I have increased knowledge and knowledge is power!" says Grace. She attributes it to the training she received and her day-to-day responsibilities. |
