Description: |
Kong Chinda, 16, (Centre) is happy now that she is safe. After her mother died of AIDS in 2004, Kong's father, who was addicted to alcohol, tried on many occasions to sell her into prostitution. Kong finally ran away and worked at the Steung Meanchey garbage dump in Cambodia's capital city for a year before ending up at the local orphanage CCH (The Centre for Children's Happiness) in 2006. |
