Oneson Family has lived in their lake side home or the past 16 years. There are 7 families living in the same home, due to them owning only one family book the 7 families will only recieve one compensation payment. When their children got married they could not afford a new family book 2 years later they returned to the Provincial Governer with the money to get their new family book but the Governer claimed it was too late to ask for a new family book for their married children. It is manditory for every new family in Cambodia to have a family book. |
