Nancy Abot, 16, rests in her bed at the GUSCO (Gulu Support the Children Organization) Child Soldier Rehabilitaion Center in Gulu, Northern Uganda, Friday, October 28, 2005. She was abducted for 6 years before being hit in the jaw by a bullet from the governemnt soldiers. She was left in the bush, and after spending the night there she wlaked out of the bush and came to the GUSCO rehabilitation center. While in the bush she served as a baby sitter for the wife of commander Odome. |
