NO.025
Description: Six months after Katrina struck its victims are still being recovered. The large amount of debris that fills the buildings makes a thorough inspection nearly impossible, until they are gutted or razed. The sickly sweet smell of a decaying body can occasionally be detected among the rubble. As of February 2006 approximately 1500 residents are still unaccounted for.
